This pét-nat is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Sylvaner; the first three come from the village of Heiligenstein and the Sylvaner from Rosheim, both in Alsace. Quite pale in color, but has some interesting aromas like sulfur, olives, lemons, apricots, and ginger. Pretty dry, good medium acidity, and nice stone fruit flavors. Kind of sweet, really. My only gripe is that I wish the bubbles were more prominent.

White blend. Ordered from MYSA deliciouso made with homemade pasta and vegetables. The sauce was garlic and olive oils. Loaded with feta and parmesan I needed a good helping of cayenne as well 9.5/10 on the wine with a 10/10 dinner
