Cherry on the nose, very clean. Berries and minerals on the palate. Full bodied for a Pinot. All in all, just delicious.

The darkest of the Earth, Moon, Stars trio. Great minerality supporting the showy dark fruit with grainy tannins. Delicious bottle of wine.

Tasted the 2013--delicious and well-rounded, with a pleasing balance of fruit, flowers, spice, earth, tannins and minerals. Despite its youth it does not have an excess of acidity, tannin or jammy fruit that can bedevil California Pinot Noir. Silky mouthfeel, lingering finish and a true pleasure to drink.

Peppery acidity at the start. Touch of cranberry in the palate. Little harsh for me in its own, but pair it with a triple cream cheese and it explodes to life as the cream balances it out. Also had it with bbq pizza which was a great pairing. 2012 vintage.
