Light. White pepper, complete with its branches, ripe rainier cherry, not sharp as much as it is precise, focused.
The acid leaves a pepper burn for quite some time.

Deeeeeeelicious. 2012 fabulous!! Smooth finish, easy drinker doesn’t even need to breathe but the longer it did, the more velvety it became. Devine!

Opened this last night to pour samples for potential bidders on a mixed case. Just a few takers, so we brought it home to finish with dinner tonight. Showed much better than yesterday. Hope the successful bidder enjoys it.

Light style which is nice. Acid is quite high and the ethanol is overly present. Overall I feel it’s a bit disjointed but good with food and can’t complain for the price.
