Blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada, aged for 24 months in the bottle, pale lemon with aromas of stone and lemon/lime citrus fruit with a mineral tang, light bubbles and mousse, biscuit notes. On the palate flavors of apple and citrus with floral and biscuit notes, medium+ creamy finish ending with a toasty herb citrus mineral character. Organic.

Really straight forward cava. No real finesse or structure here. A good one for mixing, or for parts of your cocktails.

Very dry, evaporates in the mouth. Will hopefully pair well with the food we ordered.
