Another woodsy and overtly plum-jammy Frappatto. Nice acidity, but this is closer to a Beaujolais without the Cru and carbonic fun. Could be a great pair with spicy seafood, but I’ll continue to look for other Frappatos that are closer to Occhipinti.

Good, likely even better with food, especially grilled seafood. One of the better red wines that goes well with seafood.
Bright acidity, red cherry skins and pith, elegant upon opening it needs a good hour to open and broaden.
