Love it. Interesting blend of native Sicilian and mainland grapes. Little skin contact on just one. 50% catarratto 40% grecanico (7 days skin contact) 10% minella bianco, carricante, insolia, & uva francese. Stainless steel, no sulfur, no filtration. 40-70 yr old vines.

カリカンテ、グリッロ、インソリアなどシチリアの地葡萄を色々アッサンブラージュ。
5〜7日間程度のマセラシオンに栗の大樽熟成ということで、しっかりオレンジなのか、重めなのか予想しにくいテクニカルだが、タンニンも軽やかで、樽香などもあまり感じずに、かなり軽やかなオレンジで、ザクザク系の白としても使える感じ。
軽やかながら、旨味とミネラル感であるので、物足らなくない。
