2017. Served chilled, and delicious. Perfect match to the Rabbit Rillettes with Charred Orange Relish (think negroni!) and Chicken Liver Mousse with Pickled Fennel. — 5 days ago
Dusty ripe dark cherries, sun dried tomatoes & tomato leaf and whiff of mediterranean herbs. On the palate quite dense and surprisingly young, with a nice, tense structure, juicy & chewy tannins, and great acidity. There’s some elegance here as well.
This is an authentic yet delicious Nobile. Should be peaking soon. — 8 days ago
This is one of the first vintages for this young and very interesting (she) winemaker. Vermentino is blended with autochtonous albarola and trebbiano. Aromatic and well balanced, with strong minerality. It is a pleasure to return to the bottle even 2-3 days after. I am sure we will hear a lot of her. — 11 days ago
Rossese to the highest standard, a little jewel. Wonderful small winery growing organic vines according to a nature-respectul philosophy. The wine is pure, emotional, evocative of the marvellous landscapes it comes from. If you find it, I can only recommend to buy enough. — 10 days ago
Fantastic, as always. Rich nose and palate. But fruits are not as strongly noticeable as in previous years (maybe blackberry). Dominates dark chocolate, coffee and tobacco. But this is still one of my favorites. — 7 days ago
Decanted from the winefridge, deep red colour, spicy, dark fruits on the nose, taste was delicious a fantastic balanced wine from Raul Perez. — 8 days ago
Was actually the vino Spumante we had. Easy and light and a little bubbly. Would be good with me on chicken or fried food ( Fried catfish?). Ate with melon and bread and butter — 5 days ago
