Cloudy but alive with flavor

Exceptional unfiltered wine without too much funk, nearly off dry

Extremely poopy nose...like so much so that I think it might be on purpose. So much funk here. The label gives it away really well. This wine is pretty psychedelic...like sorta scary clowns and the vegas strip at 3am psychedelic.

Cidery, cloudy yellow, funky nose.

Funky cider notes with sprinkle of citrus. Intriguingly different

Aligoté has never blown me away, but this one is natural and relatively expressive. Invert to distribute the lees, if you're into that kind of thing.
