Feb 1st, 2020Lemon, resin, saline, and a bit of funk. It’s labeled as an orange wine; you can taste the skin contact but it’s not reflected in the color. When first opened, it had a slightly harsh chemical/playdough finish, but after it opened up, that dissipated and we taste more of a lemony cinnamon.

Explosive fruit flavors flipping little light switches in your head - sour apricot, syrupy canned peaches, and sweet clementine.
