A little closed and unbalanced at first. Put back in the fridge for a few more hours and then this was singing. Absolutely gorgeous wine once it had the chance to open up. Incredibly pure.

A fabulous rosato. A little meaty and barnyard smelling on the nose, but tastes like a swirling pool of acidic red berries and currants. One of my favorite wines ever.
