Double Blind Wine Tasting. #2 of the day. Reddish purple color. Excellent texture. Cedar, oak, vanilla, dark cherries. Nice combo of Napa and Bordeaux. Quite lovely.

Oct 10th, 20221hr+ decant. Dark purple color. Powerful nose and wine. Lots of baking spices and some green elements. Not as refined as the previous bottle I had. Lots of years left. Way overpriced.

Apr 17th, 2021Celebrating our 7yr Anniversary!! Had to a have a wine from our Honeymoon! Four words describe this wine: High quality, unique, and great! 45+ minute decant. Very strong, unique nose of minerals, vegetables, and rhubarb. Wine is elegant and complex; with a subtle tartness and spice. Insanely long finish. It's really good and definitely worth 2011 prices, but not sure about today's levels.
