Just One of Paolo's Finest..When not on a surfboard he makes this dessert Tannat named after Greek daughter of Eolos. Count Chocula meets Boo Berry with a little rock dust at end. Not too densely sweet- less of than Recioto raisin fig newton thing!

Viscous, almost grainy, with a distinct chocolatey note. Very heavy, though it's the sugar, not the alcohol level. Need food with this - ice cream, mousse, or nuts. An interesting wine. Mom in town.

Decadent, different, delicious. Madagascar vanilla, mocha, white chocolate, raisins, orange peel, dried herbs. Unctuous as others have mentioned but not distractingly so.
