Just stunning old school Sancerre. Tense, citric, textured, wildly long finish. Makes me realize what we're losing with the profusion of Sancerre due to popularity.

I love this wine list. Lots of mineral and white plum.

Creamy Sancerre

Minerality, ripe pear, flint, chalk. M+ acid, m body, m alc. Earth, lemon, minerality. Balanced and a long finish.

Why can't more Sancerre be like this?
