Drank by Alex's recommendation on date night. Danielle thought it was the wine of our trip, maybe not as impactful as the Barbaresco, but most reference in admiring reflections. Took 45 minutes to unwind, it was cellar temp, a lil warm on service, but a short chill set off in unison with air. Enjoyed with grilled prawns. #chablisnokaoi

Man. Sometimes this guy hits it so far out of the park that you don't even know where you are. This has all of the interstellar power of Raveneau with a pure poetry all Dauvi's own. HONEY for days, lovely spice on the nose and a very long finish. Thank you! Post Keens
