Séchet Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Popped and poured at a restaurant. Great youthful color. The nose is memorable with citrus, stone, chalk and grapefruit notes. Nice acidity to match the rich fruit. Really good stuff.

Not as good as Les Clos, but still delicious!

2014. Still very bright, although oak-aged. Tasty chardonnay from Chablis and a very well-respected producer.

Ананас, маракуйя, сушёный абрикос, медоносы, леденцы, лимонный сок, устричные створки, битый камень. Тропические фрукты с призрачным ботритисным тоном аккуратно наложены на строгую минеральность. Экспрессивно и ярко, но со стальным позвоночником и туго натянутой кислотностью. Почти открыто и местами кажущеся развито, при этом все же ещё безумно молодо и с очевидным потенциалом.
