Séchet Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Favorite of the flights. Carries a lot of finesse. Very focused and tense but giving in many ways. Delicate and alluring nose and laser-like acid. The barrel influence is just a layer and non-intrusive, adding a roundness.

Needed a couple hours but started to show its stuff... grade a chablis

Killer. Out of mag.

Last bottle was a bit premoxed but this one was unreal

Slight aroma of blue cheese or cheese rind; very drying finish; very interesting
