Medium gold. Attention grabbing nose. Notes of pear, lemon, river stone, some clove and some tan spice. Oily and palate staining in the mouth. Lively texture, gets bigger over 6 hours. Great juice that will surely improve over next 10 years.

This is a beautiful bottle. Rock pool, cool lime, slateiness. Wonderfully aged with soft edges and a shifting end to the palate with honey, saline, elderflower. This is really lovely

This had lots of citrus, stone fruits with saline, chalk & white flower. I would drink up as I can’t see this getting better as this seems to be in its prime.
