Quick taste; deep ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of red and black plum, savory herbs, chaparral; almost off dry, medium acid, medium plus smooth tannins, medium alcohol, medium plus body, flavors very jammy

Drier earthier style cab but lighter on palate than most. Had with grilled salmon in a restaurant and was good combo. Wanted to try given I love Fevre's Chablis.
