Delicious Sauvignon Blanc with roasted chicken ($13). Fruity and bright.
Enjoyed with Icelandic baked salmon as well.

Pale yellow with a hint of green. Lots of lime on the nose, including the skins. Also aromas of pear and lemon grass. On the palate it has a touch of sweetness, tamed acidity, and fluoride. There’s flavors of lime, grapefruit, and lychee. It finishes with lime, lychee, and a slight minerality.

Beautiful citrus and herbal notes on the nose. Amazing lemon & lime flavours followed by a nice mineral finish

Fantastic Sav blanc that I got on Uber clearance at papa joes. Love the strong notes of citrus (kind of tastes like kumquats). Really made for a nice summer evening on the deck. Decent complexity and layering of flavors foe a white wine. Will try and find again.

Crisp. Two good things come from Chile: wine and soccer players. Vidalicious!
