What I’m ACTUALLY drinking tonight—other posts were still catch up from Effervescence. This is 100% Garnacha, a Garagiste pull. So much red strawberry and raspberry with a (oddly pleasant) citronella kick. I kind of want to drink it with some lemon bars topped with sugared thyme sprigs. The herbal undertow is there to keep you thinking about it.

Pale pink. Orchard blossoms and citrus zest. Lighter bodied with crisp acidity. Paired with a spicy sausage/veg sautee, also good with salmon a day later.

Grenacha, not a tempranillo. Really refreshing, crisp, floral, melon, light berry . LOVE!

Aug 10th, 2017Darker and heavier rosé- lots of body here. Palette sees dank cellar, darker red fruits like overripe raspberries and strawberries. Medium acid, not much minerality, but nice fruit notes. Great if you like a heavier rosé, but lack of acid/minerality focus left me wanting a but more.

Not sure if there is a flaw or if it is very unremarkable. I'm not getting anything off of this. Will try another bottle in the future
