This vintage wasn't as good as 2011, but still - it's intense red colored full bodied wine where plum dominates taste and aroma with some notes of chocolate.

Very good. There is a sweet plum on the finish. But before: a tobacco, maybe a blackcurrant, a leather for sure.

A bolder-than-usual carmenere, to the point that it could fool an unsuspecting drinker. Deep and smokey, and with notes of currant, but not overly sweet. This would be a fun endmember for a carmenere tasting.
