A good example of #Chile #carmenere This vintage has seen some heat. Heavy nose of damp earth, Luxardo cherry and faint bell pepper with time.

Smooth palate. Remember more coffee/espresso character.

Like it, or not, this Carmenere is everything that is right about this " noble " grape.

Fresh and fruit forward. Some heavy tannins on the back end.

Exceptionally smooth on the palate.

14/ alcohol well balanced

Sour cherry, mineral nose, dry, lots of stone fruit light tannins

Robijnrood, fruitig en iets bloemig. Noten van mint en steenfruit. Lekker sappig met een zuurtje en milde tannines op de afdronk. Houdt zich zelfs staande naast een voorgerecht met sesamolie, rijstazijn, avocado, limoen en geitenkaas.

The typical smoothness of a Carmenere is topped of with a bit of tannins and spice. Pleasant.
