Bold, chewy wine perfect for pairing with Spanish tapas. It has a full mouthfeel and tannins are strong. Fruit character reminiscent of dark cherry and wild berries. Deep-colored with an earthy finish.

To the nose: has a similar complexity to Sauvignon blanc. Lots of pineapples and citrus. Light stone fruits. Like slightly unripe nectarines.

Rioja white. But from a grape varietal that became extinct. It's a white rhino and a unicorn of a wine. It's got this longer finish. Beautiful acid, fleshy body nice like a Chenin blanc.
