Fun, funky, fruity. Give some decant time.

Jan 25th, 2020Best Pais I’ve had, no doubt. Super interesting. Def Chile btw and not from Spain.

Aug 9th, 2018This was a nice surprise. Delectable has it in Spain, but it is middle of Chile. Cannot believe this is just $23?! 8 years old, 200-year-old single vineyard in Maule. Unreal. Almonds and fresh herbs with a wonderful balance. Has a wild, untamed feel to it. Exciting!

Apr 21st, 2018Favorite of the 3. Potpourri, wild berries, crazy herbaceous/tones, and deep range of flavors and textures. Structurally this wine is a beast and reminded me of Amarone. So much alcohol and massive tannins that are just barely held together by acidity. 200 year old vines? Absolutely nuts. Hard to call delicious but so intriguing. These wines hit your tongue and just go every which way possible. They really run a large gambit of fruit, non-fruit, in- and organic earth profiles all at once. Very interesting but hard to wrap your head around them.

delectable says it’s from Spain, but it’s from Chile. i should been suspicious when i read the back label saying that the wine is packed in “eco friendly packaging”. ahh...marketing. raisin, hit and baked. not my thing.
