Plummy plush heaven. 12 months of French oak riches carménère up with sweet tobacco and caramel notes. Plenty of blueberry, green peppercorn and graphite dancing on top. There's this really intriguing dimension of roasted poblano pepper throughout the palate and nose. Cheers to f**king Friday.
