Never have I put my nose in a glass and gotten nothing but paprika (the pepper, not the red powder spice)). Extraordinary! In the glass is pure sauvignon blanc, soft and smooth with only a slight paprika taste. Chile's oldest winery, first production 1870.

An elegant gold colour, highly aromatic and interesting on the nose with tropical and green fruits, perhaps a hint of lime. On the palate it is less pronounced than the nose but still pleasant with good acidity, tasted melon, lemon, gooseberry. Perhaps a stony suggestion. I drank without food but I could see this going very well with fish & light pasta dishes.

A very well made SB. Soft, with rounded notes in the nose, Apple, Passionfruit, and only very lightly herbaceous. Medium - body, with some leesy texture, clean and fresh. Simple, but very pleasing. Med+ acidity, Apple, greengage, lime, herbal, white flower. Decent
