Cocodrilo Corte Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Merlot, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, spice and herb notes. On the palate flavors of plum and blackberry with notes of cacao and black pepper. Fine soft tannins, good balance with acidity, long finish ending with fruit, spice and mineral notes.

Beautiful aromatics on this wine. Tannins were drying on the finish but overall a pretty Bottle.

Beautifully balanced red blend - 77% Cab Sauvignon, $14% Cab Franc and 9% Malbec. Just gorgeous with black cherry, cassis, pomegranate and a whiff of chocolate. Ripe, elegant tannins, intense nose that bursts from the glass and just downright seductive. At VeritageMiami Fine Wine Tasting

Ultra tight tannins. Concentrated to The Max.

Needs food but not the spiciest red. And not too dry either. This is happens to be the strongest wine we tried tonight (1/8/2026)

Very soft and light and delicate. Perfume and almost floral flavors, berries and flor de jaimaca tea. I was expecting a boulder expression and a stronger wine, but it almost came across this sweet and clone more than savory and nuanced.

Nose: red fruits, plum, strawberries, leather, wet wood

Taste: medium body, low-medium acidity, low-medium tannin, overripe raspberry, blackberry, bramble

Great flavor. Cherries fruit forward. Very little tannin. Pairs nicely with juicy buttery steak. Dark and full bodied, but young tasting. Not overpowering. Would order again! Good value at Ruth’s Chris. $82/bottle
