Nov 8th, 2020"Cru" Gavi kinda. Single vineyard gavi's not exactly common. Lacking fruit imo. Maybe it should not have spent that extra time in tank/barrel. Should see it with a little bottle age. Could see some dried herb characters developing in the glass. Great minerality and acid. Beautiful texture.

Oct 19th, 2016Of the Gavi that I have tried this continues to be the standard bearer. Barrel aged in neutral oak makes for a robust Cortese experience.
