Wow what a beautiful gavi. Body and depth plus the acidity and minerality of gavi.

Persistent, fleshy, mouth watering. One of the best Gavi's I've had.

Apple and seashell, round body with good lift.

Excellent glass of wine with vanilla and cream flavors. Much better than any Gavi I have had.

Gunpowder

"Cru" Gavi kinda. Single vineyard gavi's not exactly common. Lacking fruit imo. Maybe it should not have spent that extra time in tank/barrel. Should see it with a little bottle age. Could see some dried herb characters developing in the glass. Great minerality and acid. Beautiful texture.

Of the Gavi that I have tried this continues to be the standard bearer. Barrel aged in neutral oak makes for a robust Cortese experience.

Father's Day white :) creamy Italian white wine. Tasty chilled

Tasted like a new world Chardonnay on the first night, and a dry Riesling on the second. Fun new addition to the repertoire. Thanks, John & Liz!
