The trick with this wine is patience. The nose first revealed a redwood & VOC, but a deep cherry has evolved. The tannins are beautifully silky, and the mellowness of pyroxenes has crafted a beautiful bouquet. Totally in its window; 7/15 (1997 vintage)

Delish. Full bodied Syrah, deep rich color, medium dry, mild tanins, blackberry, raspberry, currant and chocolate overtones, with plum finish. Very nice!
