The Can Franc still needs some time to soften; not sure if it will handle much more cellar time. Acidity is low on the palate, but still reserved at 14%. Otherwise drinking solidly at this point, with velvety tannins. — 4 years ago
Drinking the 2000 out of a magnum; tannins are still bold and leathery on this GSM, an the finish is beautifully long with evolutions from bright cherry to a subtle citron and orange peel. Amazing! 11/15 — 4 years ago
