Very acidic with aromatics of lime, white peach, apricot, and honeysuckle. The front of the nose has a rubbery phenolic reminiscent of quality Clare Valley Rieslings. Top notch effort for the money. Really needs some spicy cuisine rather than singular consumption.

So different than a German, Alsatian, or finger lakes Riesling. Oily and thick. Really needs food. None of that crisp fruit and minerals I like so much. Good in its own right, but different.
