Jasmine and Yuzu for days. I'm still amazed at how they achieved this color and texture w/o wood. This is not your typical Chardonnay. Performed well day 2-3.

Savory, peppy - keeps you guessing. Billed as casting "exotic aromas of buttered pears" (meh) "stone fruits" (yeah ok), "wildflower honey & smoke" (maybe). "Long & savory". Perhaps.

Macon-Villages that drink like Pouilly-Fuisses? OUI! This wine over-delivers both on flavor, and value. You'd be hard pressed to find a better value in white Burgundy this tasty for under 30$. Shows class, restraint, and complexity beyond its price-point. Seek this out.
