Loving this wine right now. This wine is hitting all the right notes. Floral & tart raspberry, on the nose. Medium tannin& mouthwatering acidity. Great wine. Well made Barbera from Monferrato! — 9 years ago
floral, citrus, coriander... Interestingly exotic nose. Tart Granny Smith apples, and Meyer lemon... Nice. — 9 years ago
At my work, we call this Nebbiolo crack... And for good reason. It has an incredibly seductive nose, floral, roses and violets, licorice, cherry fruits, a hint of leather.... In the mouth it is both lithe and supple. great purity of fruit, tart cherries, nice balance and acidity... Absolutely over delivers on all counts — 9 years ago
Amazingly soft and supple. Rose petals, dried meats, a hint of iodine, cedar and leather. Just hitting its stride. By far the best wine I've had in recent memory. — 9 years ago
Great texture and acidity. Not super complex but very drinkable. Had with sweet potato, fava, and asparagus risotto, and chicken. Played well with the sage and marjoram. Flavors of crisp pears, and dried apricots. Nice — 9 years ago
Rose petals, brambly, red and black fruits, stewed plums.Cedar and graphite pencil shavings. Medium bodied, drying tannins. Needs another 3-5 years in bottle. — 9 years ago
Lifted red floral aroma, sour raspberry, cherry cola, spicy(white pepper) with a hint of mushroom. Bright and grippy, definitely a food wine. Nice tannin. Great length on the finish. — 9 years ago
