Such a beautiful expression of Chenin - if a bit atypical (yet regal) featuring prominent tangy citrus on the nose with huge blast of minerality. Sleek on palate w/white stone fruit & darting soft spot here & there - more prominent rounding as it warmed... but fairly sturdy acidic backbone keeps things moving along. Drink this at cellar temp to see what it’s really about.
