Drank with Three Meat Pasta dinner from Mondo’s. Still going strong. Bold dark fruit - blackberry, blueberry. Some black pepper. Mild alcohol taste. Medium tannins. Medium/long dry finish. Vietti continues to be one of my favorites. Bought the wine while living in DC ‘03-‘05. Good pandemic quarantine wine.
