Serious. A bit closed down, but complex and long.

I was truly amazed about the overall quality here! Tart citrus and wet chalk flavors lingers effortlessly on the strict and positively dry finish. Sublime and elegant with a great sense of place.

Very rich and creamy

Sea spray freshness and bite balanced beautifully with brioche and toasty notes. Zesty, complex and lively on the palate with textural phenolic grip on finish. Excellent value for money.

A little too sharp for me. All chard. I think I like blends better.
