Showing citrus, lemons, limes, earth, black pepper, minerals and light yeast.
Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.
Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself or with food.

Received as a gift. Green apple, quince, slight toast and bright acid. Gotta say, it’s nice, but not really exciting. I think the mass production has taken away from the quality. Lots of great Cava could win me over instead.

This was in my cellar for already quite some time (6+Year) but still fresh apples a bit of toast and yeast. Slightly matured tones. But a great glass for a celebration.

Straw color, very tiny bubbles, citrus and yeast taste. Not sweet, dry finish.
Product of France. This is one of our favorites.
