Cherry and berry on the lighter side on the nose. Pretty maroon color of red, red wine. Flavors are juicy, sunny and softer. Gets tannic on the finish. Pretty much nails it on the southern Italia/Sicily Nero D’Avola front. It is a great wine for pizza and pasta to drink and enjoy all day and into the night.
