An attractive medium pink color with nice effervescence. Quite fruity on the nose with strawberries and blood oranges. The customary yeast aromas along with a nice infusion of herbs and oyster shells. The nose carries over to the palate with more fruit and a touch of apples and lemon cake in the mouth. There’s something of a spritzer effect here, in the best possible way.
A very clean and dry champagne, the extra brut dosage works wonders. Zippy acidity with a real sense of substance and of place. Delicious and refreshing. I need more of this.

#premiercru Extra Brut Rosé #champagne - after expected yeasty notes waft away, blood orange, strawberry, crushed oyster shell nose. Palate continues with delicious blood orange, light red fruit, some iron notes and acidity flowing through limestone minerality.
