Anderson Valley Pinot Noir

Medium Ruby with ripe red fruit, blossom and sweet herb spices. On the palate raspberry and cherry flavors with integrated oak, herb tea, forest floor and cacao. Fine savory soft tannins on a good structure on a long ending with oak, fruit and earthy character.

This winery knows their stuff and I usually am drinking a wine from them a few times a month! This Pinot is why I keep coming back!

Incredible! Velvety smooth, medium bodied, berries, cream, marshmallows, currant.....light tannins and flavorful. Medium dryness.

Cherry juice, cooked apple, cranberry, cherry pie, molasses, and cinnamon. Medium minus tannins, high alcohol, high acid, and medium finish. A bit hot but otherwise straightforward and balanced.

Cherry nose. Cherry, cinnamon, American oak, clove, and plum with a hint of cola on the palate. Medium light tannins, high alcohol, and high acid.

Cinnamon and cherry are heavy. Good for Thanksgiving. Drinking with Melissa at Sattui

Dry and bright, with cherry and strawberry over light oak and menthol. Has a lot of nice fruit notes but something on the bottom seems to be missing, or a little unsupported. Comes across as just a touch flat. Still good overall.

Very nice Pinot (2018) - enough berries for “excitement” but balanced with smooth finish. Pared with grilled salmon using a V Sattui recipe.

Bright red cherry, strawberry, and oak. Hints of spice with a smooth finish.

Dry, with bright red cherry, oak and hint of pepper.
