Soft, supple and deliciously rich. Great mouth feel and excellent balance of fruit and earthy flavors. Was perfectly paired with the braised short ribs over polenta.

This 13 year old Cabernet Sauvignon was amazing. Full body with plenty of fruit and so amazingly soft. We decanted this bottle about an hour before serving it with a nicely seasoned and grilled sirloin steak with a little soy sauce. Former V Madrone wine club member that is so glad to have waited many years to open this bottle.
