Bright plummy dense on the palate and very smooth. Less expressive on the nose but that made the taste all the more pleasurable. So interesting to see how Italian varietals are doing on modern Aussie winemaker hands.

Dark ruby red with a bit of brown. Fresh crushed raspberries and ash. Light, Fruity, semi-dry. Starts fruit forward then cuts short and finishes on a long draw of tobacco. Really lovely

Cherry Fields indeed. Bright, fruity and fragrant with a nice (but restrained) acidic zing. Enjoyed the 2016 vintage with Memorial Day Weekend hamburger.
