Dry Sekt Riesling

Bright straw gold with fine persistent bubbles and moderately quickly dissipating mousse. Stony yellow apple on the nose. Palate yields funky baked apple and dried peaches with a slightly flinty finish. Light body. Medium plus acidity balancing the dry-level RS (remember, “dry” is a defined classification with higher sugar content [g/ℓ] than the standard “brut”) very nicely. A great brunch or party sparkler that will compliment brunch and finger foods as well as soft to medium cheeses. Will also satisfy with a light meal.

Unique bubbly with aromas toasty and yeasty notes with typical Riesling aromatics. Dry and crisp, full of fruit and minerality. Nice prickly representation of a German Sekt.

Floral and crisp, slightly off dry but lovely honeysuckle and ripe peach.

Thought I'd do something different and try a bunch of random whites from around the world. Started with this, a German Sekt, sparkling Riesling. The nose was floral, full of white flowers and apricot preserves. The pallet was on the off-dry side, exhibiting notes of mineral, white peach, and a touch of mango. The bubbles were not very refined, much like a Prosecco due to its method of production, but it would make a great pairing for cheeses and jams with toasted breads.

Mosel inspired Deutscher Sekt.

Good time, very tasty, celebratory. Fun & fruity, nicely balanced, perceptually dry med+ -Full body. Apple, mineral, golden fruity fun, happy wine. 12% ABV

Paired: white fish fish with mango salsa.

Beautiful and crisp, a taste of (temp) home.
