Golden yellow, deep deliciousness- we drank 1985 for Passover/ Good Friday 2019. Held its acid beautifully. Amazing. Only 34 years old!

Deep gold, has the hallmarks of great fruit but it is fat and faded and lost its lustre. At a guess also has the aroma of higher oak content than is used today. This wine showed a very small window into what it was in its prime. It's a shame I left it too late.
