Racy glass of wine here.... Almost Chablis-like, with liquid minerals and slate in the mouth. Very high acidity. I would never get this in a blind tasting. Bravo.

This man is consistent! Tonight I paired it with a chicken Provençal dish. Lovely! Who needs Chablis when I can go Rhône!

William Allen is a Grenache Blanc master and his tribute to the late Saralee Kunde is beautiful. The calls of Chablis-like are true! Mouth watering acidity with minerals, citrusy lemon, and green apple skins. Some wild flowers on the finish.

I think someone said slate. That's a great descriptor of this wine! Great acidity ( makes me salivate). Minerality. There's Something else..... A ripe fruit that I cannot pinpoint (no, not grapes). I love it, and that's good enough. Nicely done @William Allen - Two Shepherds

Two Shepherds is going places. Fresh acidity, vibrant lemon citrus, wet minerals. "Chablis" like qualities. #twoshepherds
