Copeland Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

A blend of mostly Cab Sauv, with small amounts of Merlot, Cab Franc & Syrah, deep Ruby with aromas of ripe dark fruits and floral spice notes. Aged for 22 months in French and American oak (62% new), palate shows flavors of ripe blackberry fruit, espresso and cacao with slight citrus tang. Rustic tannins, medium finish ending with smoky oak. Tasting Sample.

Funky earthy cab with some vegetable tones.

Deep ruby in color; blackberries, black cherries, and chocolate on the nose; medium plus acidity; high tannins; tastes like cassis, black pepper, and crushed gravel with a long finish. I love this wine.

Soft mild tannic bouquet of sweet plums. Medium initial berry raspberry mildly sweetness. Then a mild fruit finish.

Over extracted fruit but solid btg pour

Earthy, tart, a bit oaky. Good fruit flavor in the back.
