Crisp and clean palate with great acidity from the #sauvignonblanc #israeliwine Just retasted the wine and had it with tacos. A great pairing and a higher score

Very clear. Perfumed nose, tropical fruit and white flowers with hints of grass. Very light body backed by great acidity. Pretty.

On this hot summer night it was very tasty and refreshing. We had it with my daughters homemade gazpacho and accented the garlic with a punch.
