Whoa! Knocked my socks off! Fresh yet pleasantly yeasty with tremendous balance of 12 grams of residual sugar and bright acidity. No knees or elbows here!

@KapnosDC. NV. This was a stunner. First go round for me with a sparkling Moscholfilero. Bone dry. Like drinking chalk. In only the best way imaginable.

Chris would like (prob give it a 9+), due to its sight sweet flavor of peaches and apricots. Not as much on the nose. Dry despite the fruit flavor.
