Monticello Sparkling Rosé Blend

Cheese rind, strawberry, biscuit.

Rather pissed off by the fact I actually enjoyed the glass I had. 😫😫

Brut Rosé is always a favorite for me and this is no exception. Although only only 8% pinot noir (92% chardonnay), the pinot characteristics shine. The wine is a pale salmon color. Even the frothy mousse reflects some of the color. Bright red berry fruits dominate the nose and palate. The mouthfeel is creamy and the acid as lively as the bubbles. Happy New Year! (sample)
