05' Winter. Red brick/purple in color. 1 hour decanting & this is ready to go. This has all the big soft black fruits that I love. I'm also getting cedar, sweet dark chocolate & raspberries. Dissipating/refined tannins ,with very light acidity. Long smooth finish. Drinking now... I don't see it getting better. 3/5 great years.

Explosive after a decant. Candied black cherries and cinnamon. Cedar profile is nice on the finish. Carries through nicely. Spring mtn. Full body such a beauty.

@David A Lentine thank you for sending me this fine bottle! Sitting in the sweet spot now! Lush and juicy. Little signs of age based on color. Nose of cola, black raspberries and tar. Great balance, intense yet defined. Nearly perfect tannins and acidity. Revealing dusty berries, dried red currant and slight blueberry hint. Finishes with a distinct creamed blueberry that rolls for over a minute. Excellent bottle, thank you again @David A Lentine

Oct 16th, 201605' Winter Cabernet. We had a bottle of this 6 months ago. Very little has changed. Black fruits or prominent. Cedar sweet/creamy chocolate. Elegant & ready to go. Smooth & long finish. Very close to a pop & pour wine. It's not getting any better. Drink them, if you have them. 3+ great years.
